1. Who we are
cashclaim.ai is operated by CashClaim (“we”, “us”), a private US company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any government agency. We are not a law firm; where recovery requires legal filings, the work is performed by independent licensed attorneys.
2. What this site does
The site provides general information about government-held surplus funds and lets you submit an inquiry for us to verify. Submitting an inquiry is free and creates no obligation on either side. A client relationship exists only once both parties sign a written contingency agreement.
3. No guarantees
Information on this site is general and educational. It is not legal or financial advice. We make no promise that funds exist in your name and no guarantee of any recovery amount or timeline; every statement about potential funds is conditional on verification against official records. You always retain the right to claim funds yourself directly from the holding agency at no cost.
4. Fees
Our services are provided on contingency. The fee, a percentage of funds actually recovered, typically 10 to 20%, is stated in the written agreement before you sign. No upfront payment is ever requested; if no funds are recovered, no fee is owed.
5. Your submissions
You agree the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it (including when inquiring on behalf of a deceased relative's estate). We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping of other people's information, no fraudulent inquiries, no attempts to disrupt the service.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
